Shooting of open warehouses

The objective was to clear out a possibility of quick determination of volume of products in open warehouses/ As an experiment we scanned iron briquettes.
Survey of units of a gas-distributing station, Udmurtia

Shooting of units inside and outside the building. Each unit was scanned. It took one hour to scan the units.
Shooting of a fluid bed kiln, Norilsk, Krasnoyarsk Region

Two levels of the fluid bed kiln at the kiln works of the Nickel Plant. Laser scanner iQsun 880 by iQvolution, Germany was implemented for the first time in Russia. Work was carried out at high temperature, dustiness and vibration.
Survey of technological sites of gas wells, Astrakhan Region

Seven sites with the area from 0.3 hectares up to 2.5 hectares were scanned. Scanning density – 3-5 cm. All in all 110 scans were taken. The work lasted for 4 working days (including transfer).
Survey of the technological site at the gas-distributing station, Orenburg Region

Survey was carried out from five points, located in the corners and the centre of the site. All in all 25 scans were taken with the density 5-6 cm. Field works lasted for one hour.
Survey of high-voltage power lines (construction monitoring)

The result is the so called “point clouds” that allowed to conclude regarding perfect possibility to make survey at a distance equal to 100-200 m.
Survey of receiving bunkers over metallurgic furnaces

Implementation of CMS systems in this process is explained by the necessity to make survey inside each bunker. It is impossible to carry out this work from outside as the bunkers are hidden behind other constructions.
